Featured job

Loader Bucket Rebuild

A worn wheel loader bucket brought back to spec on site. The machine stayed at the pit the whole time — no float, no shop time, no lost week.

New cutting edge clamped and braced into position on the bucket lip
Stage 01 Strip & fit-up

Old edge removed, new plate clamped and braced square to the lip.

Torch preheating the cutting edge before welding
Stage 02 Preheat

Heat brought up to procedure temperature so the weld cools right and doesn't crack.

Welder laying down passes on the loader bucket at the job site
Stage 03 Weld out

Full penetration passes laid in, checked between runs.

Wheel loader back at work with the new cutting edge fitted
Stage 04 Back in service

Bucket rehung and the loader back in the pile the same visit.
